Ways and Means Committee Announces Hearing on Tax Reform and Tax Provisions Affecting State and Local Governments
The hearing will take place on Tuesday, March 19, 2013 10:00 AM and will examine the array of Federal tax provisions that affect State and local government operations and financing, including tax-exempt bonds, tax-credit bonds, “direct-pay” bonds, pension and retirement provisions and payroll tax provisions, among others.
